Who is the course for?
Open to all levels – you don’t need to have yoga experience. It’s not about who is the most flexible. It’s about bringing the body into balance, each at their own pace and level. Learn how to prevent muscle shortening and posture damage.
What do you need to bring?
Please bring a yoga mat and come in loose clothing or purchase a Mala yoga mat or a yoga outfit from OYSURF on site. Please do not come with a full belly.
